IE-Shop Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unopened (if sealed), undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
  • Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products, perishable goods (such as food items, where applicable), and items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s). Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the exterior of the return package.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer-Paid Returns: In most cases, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • Free Returns: If we sent you the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a free return shipping label.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Timing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for at the time of your request.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide detailed information, including photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
  • Resolution: We will either issue a full refund, send a replacement item at no additional cost, or provide a store credit, depending on your preference and item availability.

7. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to initiate a return.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • IE-Shop reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you are deemed to have accepted the updated policy.
