IE-Shop Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Scope

We only provide shipping services within the Republic of Ireland (island-wide) and do not support international orders at this time.

Standard Free Shipping:
All orders enjoy free standard shipping across the island with no minimum purchase requirement.
- Order processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment verification, processed on normal working days. Weekends and Irish public holidays are excluded, and processing will be postponed to the next working day.
- Estimated delivery time: Arrives 2-5 business days after shipment, with possible slight delays in remote areas.

Address Requirements:
Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete (including the postcode). If a package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred for redelivery (if applicable).

Tracking Service:
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the real-time logistics status on our partner carrier’s website.
Package Issues:
- Damage/Loss: If your package arrives damaged or lost, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt (email: ieshopcotact@gmail.com; phone: +353 1 586 5889) with your order number and details. We will coordinate replacement or refund.
- Delayed Delivery: If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact customer service for assistance in following up on the logistics progress.

This policy applies only to shipping within Ireland, with no express shipping services or international order support.
